Combination of two apartment units into one duplex apartment with roof access. A new staircase, all new finishes, plumbing and electrical fixtures and appliances. The apartment is reconfigured with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a new solarium on the existing roof.

The Living Space is enlarged by removal of closets and partitions, the upstairs former simplex unit is transformed into the night area of the duplex apartment with access to a new solarium on the roof.
