Artist Studio in the Catskill Park
Located in the proximity of the Thorn Preserve - Catskill Center, the building sits on an ideal topography, overlooking water streams and the sudden open sky of the nature preserve, fully immersed in the uncontaminated flora and fauna of the park. Light inside the building is distributed by an inner court and wall space is maximized. Proximity with an existing cottage provides habitable functions and interstitial outdoor space.
