Park Slope Townhouse Renovation (LPC)
Historical townhouse located in Park Slope on a landmark block. The client’s program included a new kitchen/dining room layout with improved circulation and visual/access to the rear yard open space, increased storage and a new family room layout with home theater at basement level, as well as a new master bedroom with access through a washroom/vestibule and a new bathroom at parlor floor. New finishes throughout the building and required systems upgrades were also included in the project.
The reconfiguration of parlor floor included the creation of a new master bedroom, a washroom/vestibule, a custom closet and a bathroom. The new bedroom opens its windows on the enchanting nature of the block’s courtyard. The design included replacement of the existing fireplace mantle and restoration of a decorated skylight.
