All duplex apartment floor plans are uncluttered and lit up by removal of partitions and obsolete chase walls allowing a higher floor plan efficiency ratio. Adaptive design is used floor by floor with inclusion of original elements, and clear distinction between existing and new construction elements. The level of comfort is dramatically increased with the installation of recycled insulation, the obsolete heating system is replaced with a new efficient heat pump air conditioning system with humidification and radiant floors in topic areas.
